This e-book is made in the PDF format, making it possible to read the e-book on your computer, laptop or a variety of handheld devices such as smartphones and e-book readers. Watching the video content - The DOWNLOAD version

To watch the video content of the DOWNLOAD version of the e-book, you need to have Adobe Flash Player installed which is a free software. If you have an older version of the player installed, the videos may not play, and you will then need to update to the latest version of the player.

The video clips cannot play in Internet Explorer version 6. To solve this issue, upgrade your Internet Explorer or use another more modern browser, e.g. Mozilla Firefox. Mozilla Firefox is a very good browser and may be downloaded for free here.
